My name is Linda Golden.  I am your child’s Dual Enrollment Professor.  I am writing to you because I wanted you to know a few things about this advanced academics course.  This is a regular college course that your child can take while still in high school.  However, because it is a college course,, the resulting grade will be placed on their college transcripts which is permanent and will follow them throughout their future endeavors as a college student.  Please ensure that the seriousness of this is not lost on your child and will be emphasized by me.
